Custom bobbleheads — a new service at 3DShop.si
After three years of making memorial 3D statues, we are expanding our range: at 3DShop.si we are introducing personalized bobbleheads — figurines with a nodding head, made from your photo. Fun, emotional and the perfect gift for occasions where you want something more than a classic statue.
What is a bobblehead and why now?
A bobblehead is a figurine with a distinctively large head attached to a spring — which is why it wobbles slightly when touched. In the United States they have been a standard for fan gifts and corporate awards for decades, while in Europe they have gained new life in recent years through personalized versions made from a photo. Until now, Slovenia had no local provider with reasonable prices and delivery times — a gap we are now filling.
The reason for the launch is simple: every other buyer of our 3D statues over the past six months has asked whether we also make bobbleheads. Above all for corporate gifts, sports teams and wedding gifts. Once you see the data pattern, the answer is clear.
3D statues are realistic and emotional — ideal for memorial gifts. Bobbleheads are stylized and fun — ideal for occasions where you want a smile. We make both from the same photo.

Three packages, all include delivery
The pricing structure follows the format you know from the statues — Mini, Classic, Premium — but the prices are somewhat higher, because a bobblehead requires more material (a larger body volume) and an additional part (a spring coupling for the head).

- Classic bobblehead — €159 · height ~18 cm · full painting + 1 accessory (a ball, a trophy)
- Premium bobblehead — €249 · height ~25 cm · name engraving, premium packaging, fast delivery
All packages include production from your photo, a nodding head, a base and delivery across Slovenia. For details and additional options, see the full bobblehead price list.
The process is the same as for statues, the timeline is slightly longer
You send a photo (ideally the face from the front + a full-body shot for the details), choose a package and any accessories, and within 2–3 days we prepare a digital preview. After your confirmation come the 3D printing, assembly with the spring coupling and hand painting. The total production takes 10–14 days, the Premium package 5–7 days.

Corporate orders — a discount for 20+ pieces
A large part of the demand we expect comes from companies with orders for team buildings, anniversaries or employee rewards. For orders of 20+ pieces we grant volume discounts, a customized base with the company logo and coordinated delivery. We prepare an offer within 24 hours of receiving an inquiry.

What's next?
This is the first step in a broader transformation of 3DShop.si — from a workshop for 3D statues into a versatile workshop for all custom 3D products. In the coming weeks we are also launching the AI 3D model service (generating STL files from images and descriptions), and we are also preparing a bobblehead gallery once we have completed the first few orders.
