Delivery and returns

3DShop.si shop · made to order

Items in the shop are 3D printed to order. They are not sitting on a shelf: we start once the order is confirmed.

Production

Made to order — production takes 7–10 days. The clock starts when the order is confirmed. Only then do we ship. Transit time is not included.

Delivery

In Slovenia we ship with Pošta Slovenije. Delivery costs 4,90 €. After dispatch, allow 2–5 working days.

To other EU countries we ship with EU dostava. The cost is 12,90 €. Allow 5–10 working days after dispatch.

Checkout charges exactly that amount. The product price on the product page does not include postage. Collection from the workshop is possible by arrangement.

Damaged on arrival

If the parcel arrives damaged, write to info@3dshop.si and attach photos of the packaging and the item. We replace the damaged item or refund it.

Withdrawal

For a distance contract, a consumer may tell the seller within 14 days of receiving the goods that they withdraw, where the Consumer Protection Act allows it.

That right does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s exact instructions or clearly personalised. That covers masks, engraving with a name, and other custom pieces. We say so before you pay.

A catalogue item without personalisation can be returned in that period if it is undamaged. The customer pays the return postage, unless the goods were damaged or wrong. Tell us at info@3dshop.si.
