Terms & Conditions

Last updated: May 2026

Not legal advice These terms are general information and a proposed structure for distance online sales. To confirm compliance with applicable legislation (ZVPot-1, ZDDV-1, GDPR, etc.), consult a lawyer or another expert. ZPS information: zps.si.

1. Seller — identification

Brand / website: 3DShop.si
Company: RadicalAI, Jure Mali s.p.
Registered office: Črnomelj, Slovenia (the full postal delivery address is stated on the issued invoice)
Email: info@3dshop.si
Phone: +386 41 226 337
Company registration and tax number: stated on every issued invoice and in the business register entry (AJPES).

2. Applicability

The general terms and conditions (GTC) govern the relationship between the provider (seller) and the buyer as a consumer when submitting an inquiry, placing an order and purchasing services and goods at a distance via the 3dshop.si website (including email communication). By placing an order or paying a proforma invoice, the buyer confirms that they are familiar with these terms.

3. Subject of the contract

The subject is primarily: (a) the production of personalized custom-made products — e.g. 3D statues and figurines from photos, bobbleheads, AI-assisted 3D models and related workshop products; (b) consulting and communication regarding the order. Specifications (dimensions, package, color finish, delivery) are confirmed before production begins.

4. Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded when the seller confirms the order in writing (email) and when the agreed payment condition is met (e.g. receipt of an advance payment or payment of a proforma invoice), unless agreed otherwise. The seller may reject an order due to inadequate materials, unavailable capacity or a suspicion of infringement of third-party rights.

5. Prices, VAT and payment

Prices are expressed in euros (€). The final price includes the agreed elements (the product, any surcharges for special requirements, delivery if so agreed).

VAT: VAT is calculated in accordance with the Value Added Tax Act (ZDDV-1) depending on the seller's VAT-liability status. If the seller is not liable for VAT on the supply, the invoice will state the legally prescribed notice (e.g. that VAT is not charged pursuant to Article 94(1) of ZDDV-1), where applicable.

Invoice: after payment or within the statutory deadlines, a tax-compliant invoice is issued with the mandatory elements under applicable regulations. The sequential numbering of invoices and obligations towards FURS (the Financial Administration) are governed by tax regulations and the seller's internal procedures.

Payment is usually made by proforma invoice via bank transfer to the seller's transaction account, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

6. Delivery and collection

Delivery within Slovenia may be included in the price or charged separately — as stated in the quote or price list at the time of ordering. The risk of damage during delivery is governed by the legislation on material defects and the contractual relationship with the carrier. Personal collection is possible by prior arrangement.

7. Consumer's right of withdrawal from the contract (14 days)

If the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) grants a right of withdrawal from a distance contract for the specific purchase, the consumer has the right to notify the seller of the withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, except in cases that the law expressly excludes.

7.1 Exception for custom-made products (personalized goods)

For personalized products that are made to the consumer's precise instructions and tailored to their personal needs, there is no right of withdrawal from the contract under ZVPot-1 (see Article 44 of ZVPot-1, the article on exceptions for goods made to the consumer's instructions).

This applies in particular to: 3D statues and figurines made from a specific customer photo, a bobblehead made from a portrait, products with personal text/emblems according to the customer's instructions, and similar products where the item is not pre-made and cannot be returned to the offering without a substantial change in value.

Important: the buyer must be clearly informed of this exception before payment or before placing a binding order. By placing an order, you confirm that you have been informed that withdrawal is not possible for such products, except where the law provides otherwise or where there is a material defect.

8. Complaints, warranty and material defects

The seller is liable for material defects within the framework of the law governing consumer contracts and warranty. You can file a complaint at info@3dshop.si; please attach photos and a description of the defect.

9. Customer warranties regarding photos, images and materials

By placing an order and submitting photos, sketches or other materials, the customer warrants that they hold all necessary rights to use them (copyright, the right to one's image, relatives' consent for images of deceased persons, etc.). To the maximum extent permitted by law, the customer releases the seller from liability for third-party claims arising from infringements of these rights.

For memorial or remembrance statues depicting a deceased person, the customer specifically confirms that, where necessary, they have obtained the consent of the entitled relatives or other rights holders for the use of the image.

For promotion (e.g. publishing the finished product in a gallery or on social media), a separate written agreement or an explicit “opt-out” setting in the communication applies; without such an agreement, the seller does not publish identifiable images of customers without consent.

10. AI models and legal uncertainties

The customer remains responsible for the legality of the input materials (photos of third parties, logos). Due to the rapidly changing legal interpretation of AI outputs, the customer agrees to use the delivered output files in accordance with applicable legislation and the terms of the service providers used by the seller.

11. Alternative dispute resolution (ADR)

The seller respects the institution of out-of-court resolution of consumer disputes. The European Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Information about the competent Slovenian body for alternative dispute resolution can be found on the official pages of state institutions and on the European Commission portal. For a dispute, you can primarily contact info@3dshop.si.

12. Protection of personal data

The processing of personal data is governed by internal documents and the Privacy Policy, which is an integral part of business transparency.

13. Cookies and tracking

For non-essential cookies (e.g. Google Ads measurement), a consent mechanism applies on the website. More in the cookies section of the privacy policy.

14. Changes to the terms

The seller may update the GTC; the applicable version is the one published on this page with the date of the last change. For orders already confirmed, the terms in effect at the time of order confirmation remain valid.

15. Applicable law

The law of the Republic of Slovenia applies to substantive legal matters. Statutory rules apply to the jurisdiction over court disputes.
