2. Which data we process

Depending on the channel (form, email, phone), we may process:

• identification and contact data (name, email, phone);
• delivery address or invoicing data;
• the content of your message and technical order data (package, wishes);
• photos and other files that you send us for the production of a custom-made product;
• communication data (date, correspondence history), to the extent necessary for the performance of the contract;
• technical server log data (e.g. IP address, access time) during the hosting of the website.

3. Purposes and legal bases (Article 6 GDPR)

• Performance of the contract / pre-contractual steps — preparing a quote, communication, producing the ordered product, delivery.
• Legal obligation — accounting, tax documentation, responses to administrative authorities.
• Legitimate interest — limited internal record-keeping, protection against misuse (e.g. evidence in a dispute), network security.
• Consent — where required by law (e.g. non-essential cookies for advertising / measurement). You can withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before the withdrawal.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Necessary for operation: we may use limited session or security mechanisms through the hosting provider (without advertising profiling).

Google Ads (gtag): to measure the effectiveness of ads, a Google script may be loaded that can set or read cookies at Google. On our site, this loading takes place only after you choose “Accept” in the consent banner. If you choose “Reject non-essential”, the advertising script must not be loaded.

5. Processors (service providers)

We may entrust data to providers acting as processors under the controller's control, including:

• the hosting / CDN provider for publishing the website (e.g. Vercel or another provider during the term of the contract);
• the email/SMTP provider for sending confirmations and replies;
• the delivery service for physical delivery (a limited set of address data);
• Google Ireland Limited / Google LLC for Ads measurement, when you give your consent.

With processors we conclude or require appropriate contractual clauses in accordance with Article 28 GDPR, to the extent required by the nature of the service.

6. Transfers outside the EU

Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Where such a transfer occurs, it is carried out on the basis of appropriate safeguards (e.g. EU standard contractual clauses), to the extent they apply to the specific provider.

7. Retention

We keep data only for as long as necessary for the purposes of this policy. Invoices and related documentation may be kept in accordance with tax regulations (usually up to 10 years). We keep photos and materials for producing a product according to an internal procedure for the duration of production, complaints and any disputes, unless we agree otherwise or the law requires otherwise.

8. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability (where applicable) and objection. For processing based on consent, you can withdraw your consent. You can also request a decision from the Information Commissioner of the Republic of Slovenia (ip-rs.si).

9. Photos and sensitive contexts

Photos of loved ones or deceased persons may in practice require special care (ethical and legal). We ask the customer to submit only materials they have the right to use. More about the warranties is in the general terms and conditions.

10. Children

The services are not intended for children under 16 years of age without the consent of a parent/guardian.
